Hi, JFrancis. You could leave your ThinkPad E16 plugged in, however there are a couple things to keep in mind with this. First, if you leave your device plugged in constantly without any precautions, you could cause long-term damage to your battery, affect its lifetime and ability to hold a charge when unplugged. The second part of it is that this can be mitigated by enabling battery charge threshold settings in the Lenovo Vantage app on your ThinkPad. By only charging your device once it drops below or goes above a certain percentage can help preserve battery health. Also, this ThinkPad features fan to help keep the major system components cool, like the Intel processor that's inside.
