• Yes. Confirmed with Lenovo twice. Only the L380 has this ability - not the higher end models.

• Yes! I confirmed this by contacting Lenovo directly and also by asking the Lenovo rep in the Best Buy store. Only the L380 Yoga has the feature as the hgiher end units like the X Yoga have soldered on memory. The L380 is unique in the fact the memory, SSD and WIFI card can be removed and upgraded. This is the reason I bought this model.

• No, this model is not user upgradable. A certified technician must do all of the work, so as to not void the warranty.
