Hi, thank you for your question. In short, it cannot do the things you are inquiring about. For insight, the ThinkVision M14d Monitor was designed to be a supplemental device that can connect to a computer via USB-C to act as a second display to help boost productivity whenever, wherever. It will not function as a singular device without a computer driving it.
