• The Lenovo V14 Laptop, model number 82C401JHUS, is not user upgradable. A certified technician must do all of the work, so as to not void the warranty. This model ships with 8GB DDR4-266MHZ RAM (4GB Soldered DDR4-2666 + 4GB SO-DIMM DDR4-2666). There is one memory soldered to systemboard, one DDR4 SO-DIMM slot, so your certified technician can replace the one 4GB RAM stick within the RAM memory slot with up to a 16GB RAM stick for a maximum system RAM of: Up to 20GB (4GB soldered + 16GB SO-DIMM) DDR4-2666. We recommend you consult your certified technician about your RAM upgrade options.
