“when i try and play games. while controling using the keyboard to move i cant use the touch pad to look around its like its locked while moving. does anyone have this problem”

I would make sure there are no settings in the game for the mouse or touchpad that can be adjusted to solve your problem. If you don't see settings in game, I would check either the settings for mouse/trackpad in windows, or any custom drivers that may be installed for the Touchpad (Elan, Synaptics, ALPS)

This is the Accutype Keyboard Feature of this device. If you are using the keyboard the touchpad is inactive and vice versa. You can only use one input method at a time.
