the one on the website has a hybrid hard drive one that is both ssd and regular hd, that adds to cost and does add performance though not as much as a full ssd

Depending on what you will use this for, If its not for much heavy work and you have 10 more seconds to spare, the Best Buy version would do you just fine. I would estimate a lifespan of about 3 years before needing something newer due to processor not keeping up with standards.
