HDMI, full and micro, transmits both video and audio. Micro HDMI is just a smaller connection on one end with standard size on the other end. If you're connecting this to a TV or monitor that has speakers, then you'll have picture and audio. However, if your monitor does not have speakers you'll just have to connect speakers to it using the headphone jack on the laptop.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You have to buy a hdmi cord. That has standard hdmi on one end and micro hdmi on the other. If you have a current digital camera you probably already have one. If not you can pick one up at just any electronics store
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The HDMI cable has also the sound transmitted into to the projection device. I don't use any extra cable while connecting my screen via HDMI.
