• Physically, thickness and screen resolution. The Pro's come with QHD panels I believe, the regular Yoga 3 has Full HD. Internally, the Pro has a Core M processor (1.2 GHz, but can boost a lot) and fan-less cooling, versus the 3's more conventional Core i5 (2.2GHz) setup.

• Yoga 3 pro has a core M processor whereas yoga 3 has an intel 5th gen i5 processor.

• The main difference is the processor. Yoga 3 Pro has a Intel M series processor while Yoga 3 has Intel i series processors.
