I honestly don't know what that rep from Lenovo was talking about saying it is upgradeable by a technician, PSREF says it is SOLDERED ram, so it is not upgradeable. We don't know whom to trust, this rep or PSREF. Also Why has Lenovo listed a 4650u as 4500u? Is it because they changed their mind the last minute, and plopped in a 4650u because overpriced thinkpads were selling less and decided to use those CPUs on a student laptop, because PSREF hasn't listed 4650u or 4750u, but a lot of reviews online don't have 4700u or 4500u, so I think R5 is 4650u regardless of what the retailer lists and R7 is 4750u.
