Hey there, thank you for your question. Yes, the open-box items are eligible for the full 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty applicable for current Lenovo Yoga 7 devices. If the unit you purchase has a warranty duration that does not reflect this, we recommend reaching out to Lenovo Support, as once given a proof of purchase, they should be able to reinstate your manufacturer warranty to its original duration.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, it comes with a twelve month warranty for no extra cost. It also says it in the Lenovo Vantage app.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Unfortunately, the other answers are false. I just checked with several customer service and sales staff at Lenovo. Best Buy will say that an open-item's manufacturer warranty may be restarted if Lenovo support is given a receipt showing date of purchase so the customer would still receive the 1 year Lenovo warranty. However, this is false. Once the clock starts ticking on the Lenovo warranty, it may not be paused or restarted. All you can do (if you take the chance and buy the open-item), is plug its serial number into Lenovo's warranty site to see how much time remains on the manufacturer 1-year warranty. Unfortunately, Best Buy's customer service is unaware of this. I guess if the time remaining on the warranty is less than you had hoped, I think Best Buy offer roughly a 2 week return window. Overall, please be careful prior to purchasing an open item. Hope this helps.
