The display driver on man units if faulty -- as was mine. I was unable to update the driver myself and I fairly tech proficient. I did a remote chat tech support session with a Lenovo rep and the Lenovo rep successfully updated my video driver. I also had the "phantom screen touch" problem and I was able to correct that one myself by updating one of the BIOS. The answer was in the Lenovo forums. This is a NICE computer so long as one can work their way through the video driver problem and phantom touch problem. Especially if one can get an open box deal from Best Buy which I did. I imagine it was open box because of the display driver and phantom touch problem.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had this happen on the first day. After Windows Update finished it has not happened since. You can manually update the driver as needed. It's the Intel 520.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This sounds as though there was an automatic Windows 10 update that is conflicting with the older video driver on your system. This system is equipped with One Key recovery system. There is a very small pin hole on the left side of the device, near the SD-card slot. Use a pin to push this button your system should boot to a selection screen where you can restore back to factory default settings for the operating system. This will delete any programs (APPs) you have installed and take the system back to the original factory settings. Once this is accomplished, let the Windows 10 system update. Then, there may be driver updates for your specific system. Follow the link below to look for new driver updates for your specific system. As always, be sure to create a restore point on your system before you make any changes.
