No. Nearly all of the current and future crop of notebook have their memory soldered in and cannot be expanded. Get an 8Gig configuration and RUN from the 4G !

No, the memory is not expandable as of this writing since it takes an 8 GB chip, so it's not expandable in that sense. however if you get the currently beta tested 16GB memory cards, you can try it, I am anxious to know how that works out.

no it is not...but you can always change it out yourself and put in more if that's something you are able to do . Its simple to do .

The SSD can easily be upgraded. The 8GB ram can as well.
