Unfortunately, for most of us the display driver that comes with this laptop is BUGGY. I was unable to correct it myself through Windows update nor could I correct it by downloading the driver from Intel. I did an online tech support chat with a Lenovo representative, and the rep remotely upgraded the video driver. PROBLEM SOLVED!!!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This seems to be a problem with Windows 10. I have had it happen on a couple of Windows 10 devices, it was even happening on the models at Best Buy. The latest update seems to have fixed it so make sure you have updated your system.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This sounds as though there was an automatic Windows 10 update that is conflicting with the older video driver on your system. This system is equipped with One Key recovery system. There is a very small pin hole on the left side of the device, near the SD-card slot. Use a pin to push this button your system should boot to a selection screen where you can restore back to factory default settings for the operating system. This will delete any programs (APPs) you have installed and take the system back to the original factory settings. Once this is accomplished, let the Windows 10 system update. Then, there may be driver updates for your specific system. Follow the link below to look for new driver updates for your specific system. As always, be sure to create a restore point on your system before you make any changes.
