“I just got this today and in making myself familiar with the product, I have had several issues with the zoom feature. The screen suddenly zooms out and or in and I have to reset it. Odd! Something I'm doing? What's the normal setting?”

If you are using more than one finger on the screen or touchpad, either on purpose or by accident, you could be initiating the zoom feature. Be sure to touch the screen/touchpad with just one finger unless you intend a two finger action, like zoom.
