QuestionI just got this today and in making myself familiar with the product, I have had several issues with the zoom feature. The screen suddenly zooms out and or in and I have to reset it. Odd! Something I'm doing? What's the normal setting?

- Answer If you are using more than one finger on the screen or touchpad, either on purpose or by accident, you could be initiating the zoom feature. Be sure to touch the screen/touchpad with just one finger unless you intend a two finger action, like zoom.

- Answer Yes, but it does not have a calculator-style keypad at all, only numerical keys along the top. But the rest of the keys are full-sized, although the right "Shift" key is a little further right than on most standard keyboards, which takes a little getting used to.

- Answer With regard to the right shift key issue you mention, there is a free software APP called KeyTweak that may help you. You can switch the key functions of specific keys on your keyboard with this software, so you could change the right shift key with the key you hit in its place. Just Google search "KeyTweak" and you will find articles about what the software does and you will find the download location for this free APP.
