Can it be used with an a Apple IPhone? null

This is not a lenovo yoga question... it's more like a windows question... But yes your iPhone should work fine connecting and backing up to a windows machine via iTunes or other third party software. It may not feel as seamless as when used on a mac, but it will work.

We recommend you check with Apple for its compatibility with Windows 10.
