• I think this particular model/configuration is a Best Buy exclusive that doesn't appear on the Lenovo website.

• Yes this specific model has 16gb of ram. I just bought 1 a week ago.

• Best Buy has 2 versions of this Lenovo Yoga 710 15 laptop. The core i5 8gb ram and the core i7 16gb ram.

• This model configuration does come with 16GB of RAM. The model on the Lenovo.com web site is a different configuration.
