This is a mid range system. It is great for Microsoft Office type work, browsing the internet. It is very light weight, so if portability is important for you, this will be a plus.

Please try again later.In terms of sturdiness, performance, portability, convenience, battery life, design and processing power (in my opinion) is the best shot out there for what you are looking it for. With (common sense care and use) this machine will asure you looooong time of service.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.That all depends on what you do on the computer and what kind of job you're getting once you graduate. Emails, web browsing, internet, streaming, Microsoft office, multi tasking... All those things are great. If you are going to be typing on it a lot, you might want one with a bigger screen to get a bigger keyboard or plug in an external keyboard. Don't expect to play some intense video games that requires big time video power.
