Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We ran the update on the one we purchased and the fan was not an issue after that. The Firmware update should correct the problem. If using it on a bed or something like that, make sure the vents aren't being blocked. That could cause the fans to run faster and louder. Other than that, the firmware update should fix it.
