QuestionI bought this Yoga 720 for my kids College classes. Can it be charged using an external power pack, and if so, what type of Charging Cable is required and where does it plug in? We have Anker 10K mah and 20K mah external batteries.

- Answer You would have to buy a docking station to plug your TV into, and that would then plug into your Thunderbolt USB-type-C port on the laptop. No HDMI on the laptop itself.

- Answer if you have internet connection, you can download any adobe brand and any online software to the laptop. If you have any cd or dvd software you want to install, you need an external slim cd / dvd player to download to laptop.

- Answer I can't say with authority, but I know that the finger-print reader would be a pain to find the right drivers, and others have said that the keyboard, trackpad, and touchscreen stopped working.

Questionwhat is the difference between the Lenovo 81C3000LUS and 81C3005PUS? Are the associated wireless cards 5G compatible? Is there an HDMI port for attachment to a larger monitor? Thanks.

- Answer Model number 81C3005PUS is a different configuration, it has the Intel Core i7 (8th Gen) 8550U processor, while the 81C3000LUS model has the Intel Core i5-8250U processor. Both models have 802-11AC WiFi capability. Both models have a Thunderbolt 3.1 port with video out. If you need to connect to an HDMI monitor, you can use a Thunderbolt to HDMI adapter.
