• When I remove the power after fully charging, my yoga 720 shows about 3:30 hours left and this is about what I get before it shuts itself off.

• I have never run the batter down all the way. My screen is set to brighter than recommended for battery usage. Of course, battery time depends on how you use your computer. Not sure what "real-life" usage means. Isn't that different for everyone? Some people surf. Some edit video. Very different drain on the battery. I would guess you'd get 6-8 hours depending on usage based on my limited experience with this. But I have never pushed it to the end while timing it.
