You can upgrade to Windows 10 Pro from Windows 10 Home by going to Setting>System>About and scrolling down to the option "Change product key or upgrade your edition of Windows." From there it will take you to a page where you can select either "Go to Store" to buy the upgrade (about $99 when I looked), or "Change product key" if you already have a key for Windows 10 Pro. I don't believe there is a variant of this computer that comes with pro.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. To upgrade from your laptop. You need open the Start menu or Start screen and select “Settings”. Select “Update & security”, and then select “Activation”. You'll see the edition of Windows 10 you have displayed here. To upgrade from Windows 10 Home to Windows 10 Professional, click or tap the “Go to Store” button in the Activation pane. The cost is $99 dollars. If you called Microsoft and pay $199, then you will receive installation media and product key. The benefit of paying $199 is that you can always move the license from machine to machine in case you need to upgrade your hardware. As for $99, it is only affixed on to that piece of hardware with digital product code assignment and no traditional windows product serial numbers.
