“The only thing holding me back from getting this is.... What is the fan noise/thermals like under load, for example, Overwatch? Also, previous Lenovo 700's had noise even web-browsing, Does this laptop have it? Lastly, what is the battery life like?”

This is a new model, there is no fan noise problem. The cooling system within this device can handle high performance use without over heating. You can expect between 6 to 8 hours of battery life, depending on the work that the system is performing.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I did have the same question after reading some reviews. However, I'm glad I went ahead and purchased this Yoga 720 15 in. laptop. I have not found the fan to be distracting at all when using the laptop. I can occasionally hear it, but not when using the laptop for normal, everyday tasks. My previous Asus laptop was MUCH louder that this Lenova 720. (I have the 720 with the 512 SSD and 16 GB ram.)
