A:Answer While I haven't gamed much on mine, I will usually have 3-4 programming or design apps open at a time, along with a variety of office apps and chrome and/or edge open. I can say it feels slightly cooler on my lap than previous laptops. It has vents in the bottom that run nearly the entire width, and large vents at the rear that span almost to the hinges. The fan seems to move plenty of air.
Also, while running the "can you run it" test from systems requirement lab, it seems to meet at least the minimum spec requirements on many of the latest games. I understand it doesn't have the best gfx processor available, but it's a good mix of power and battery life without being too bulky or heavy. If you're buying a laptop strictly for gaming, I believe you'll find others on the market in this price range that have a stronger GPU.
