Hi so I have had my laptop for about 3 weeks and have just recently noticed that when I'm watching videos it wil glitch and a black line will show for about a second and it happens a couple times throughout the videos. What stinks is the fact that my 14 days are over so I can't go and bring it to Best Buy.

If you've read the Lenovo forum page on this defect, you know it's bean solved. The issue you're referring to is a hardware manufacturing defect (3rd party display provider) whereby a backlight diffuser screen slips down into view at the top, from about the center to the right edge. Replacement parts have been manufactured and are now in the supply chain. This is only applicable to the UHD screen models and is separate from the screen flicker glitch (google that and you'll get another Lenovo forum page). The feature set built into this product can't be touched for the price. Worth working through the issue, trust me.
