The Lenovo 40AN0135US, which is a Thunderbolt 3 docking station will not work. Lenovo support says it's not compatible. I had this docking station and the USB ports on it didn't work. Windows would recognize an external drive but said the drive was 0 bytes and had 0 bytes free. Lenovo 40AF0135US will work but it's a USB C connection. I installed it tonight and it recognized drives attached to it.
