Hey Paigeh, the specifications specify that the core goes up to 4.6 GHz. Cores typically stay at a low GHz because they dont need to use as many GHz, however, if you make a stress test and it doesn't go over a certain point, then, your core is most likely set to not go over that frequency, you can change this by going to your laptop's BIOS/UEFI settings or changing your laptop's power plan.
