Based off the system requirements that are listed on this EA help webpage (https://help.ea.com/en/help/the-sims/the-sims-4/the-sims-4-system-requirements/#:~:text=Operating%20system%3A%2064%2Dbit%20Windows,custom%20content%20and%20saved%20games.), this Yoga 7i can run the game. If you'd like to play games with similar system requirements, they should run fine, but we recommend reviewing these requirements for each game to verify if that's the case.
