I asked the same question and the Clementine was not available in Oregon/Washington, period. Also, if you check your particular location, it will say under "pick up today" if it is available. Once again, it is in store and available for purchase in OR/WA as of Oct. 26th, even though they do not have it displayed, they do have it under the counter for sale.
