I' successfully installed Linux Bash Shell under Windows 10 (instructions: http://www.howtogeek.com/249966/how-to-install-and-use-the-linux-bash-shell-on-windows-10/). I've also successfully installed and run Ubuntu 16 as a Virtual Machine. But if you ask if you can replace the original Windows OS with Linux - I don't know.

Lenovo does not intentionally block customers using other operating systems on its devices and is fully committed to providing Linux certifications and installation guidance on a wide range of products - https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/documents/pd031426. Unsupported models will rely on Linux operating system vendors releasing new kernel and drivers to support features such as RAID on SSD.
