Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.4k Netflix does not work. I have tried running 4k Netflix on this computer with no luck. Account was set to 4k ($11.99/month) and network is fast enough (100 Mbps). I've watched 4k Netflix on a 4k tv, so its not an account or network issue. I tried both the Netflix app and Microsoft Edge. Spent an hour on phone with Netflix's customer service. They were great but we never figured out the problem. Contacted Lenovo customer service and they required payment to help with their $1500 product I just bought hours ago. Shameful practice. Part of the reason I will never buy another Lenovo. I have searched online and have yet to find a single person successfully running 4k, UHD Netflix on this product. As far as I know, it does not work.
