I haven't had any issues with any sites to this point.

Possibly, the library's web site is not compatible with the newer version of the browser you are using. Try using a different browser. If you are using Microsoft Edge, try Chrome. See if that solves the issue. If it doesn't, the next time you are in the library, ask for the web site specifications for web browser compatibility.
