A:Answer I own this computer, and you are right. The shift key is most definitely in the wrong place. I have smaller hands and can't reach the shift key without taking my hand off of the keyboard. I downloaded an program call Key Tweak and swapped the right shift key and the up arrow. Took about 5 minutes and works like a charm. I will take this small issue, given all of the positives with this machine. It is light, super fast, and the solid state hard drive is awesome. Hopes this helps.
