“can the battery be replaced once it goes bad with use? also i need to know if the ram and ssd can be upgraded . i have the one with the 8g of ram and 256 ssd.”

• can't add RAM or change the SSD. If you needed more than 8, you should have purchased the 16 GB. Maybe you can still make an exchange an upgrade.

• All work on this device must be performed by a certified technician, so as to not void the warranty. A certified technician can upgrade the Ram to 16GB and change the SSD.
