QuestionFor my new retail store, I decided to go with 2 in 1s because I can use a Kingston Lock because using iPads, so many were stolen from my business. To the point I purchased the Yoga 900, cost more, the "latest model" from BestBuy rep. Should I exchange it?

- Answer Both the Yoga 900-13 and the new Yoga 910-14 are great models. If the Yoga 900-13 meets your needs, it is a great system.

QuestionWhen will the gold version of YOGA 910 be released? Also will there be a model with FHD, 16GB configuration? I prefer FHD over 4K as the battery life is important to me. Eagerly waiting for one! Thanks.

- Answer There currently is only a platinum/silver version available and no plans for any other colors of this model. The FHD model will not have 16GB RAM available. The battery life on the 4K 16GB 512GB SSD is up to 10.5 hours.

- Answer Towel or foam for padding. You might try using on a lower surface.

QuestionMy understanding is this has 3 USB Ports (and no other ports): 2 USB type C: 1 being 2.0, the other 3.0 (type C is the smaller plug), 1 USB 3.0 (standard size plug) and you charge the laptop from one of the two USB-C ports. Is this correct?

- Answer Yes, you are correct. One of the USB-C ports is dedicated for charging the device, the second USB-C port can be used for data transfer as well as display-out (via USB-C to HDMI adapter or display port adapter), and one is a standard USB 3.0 port.

- Answer You can buy a product key for a regular version of Microsoft Office. You do not need to download any additional software. The software is already part of the operating system. The type of product key you purchase will determine the type of product you end up with.
