“I purchased this laptop a while ago and noticed 'windows.old' folder. It seems that there were more than one windows installation. Does it shipped from factory as is or does that mean it is refurbished or what?”

• This is a new model. It has the Microsoft Signature Edition version of Windows 10 Home 64-bit installed as its operating system. All file included within the operating system are original.
