• Sadly, no thunderbolt. The hp spectre 360 supports thunderbolt but I didn't trust the hinge compared to the yoga and I thought I would prefer the 4K display

• No, USB-C is not compatible with Thunderbolt. You would have to check with the manufacturer of the GPU for its compatibility with the USB-C connection.
