Not sure what the question is to be honest... But i do agree, there will be scaling issues due to the nature of how Windows appropriates the scaling responsibility to the softwares themselves. This means that software(s) have to be developed to be scalable and if they are not, then it will be obvious as they tend to have blurry text the higher you scale up the resolution.
