No, this model is not upgradable by the user.

Actually, yes you can; however SSD requires a fair amount of careful disassembly to access it. But it is removable/replaceable.

Technically it's possible, but apparently the onboard SSD is rather difficult to access. Probably better off either getting the model that has a 1TB SSD or getting an external drive.
