“I have been using the Lenovo Yoga 920 for about 4 months now and notice that the pen sometimes is not recognized on the screen or it will loose contact/skip around. I am not holding it to close to the tip either, what is the problem? Is this normal?”

• Make sure the screen is clean. Be sure the battery is new. If you have been using the same battery in the pen for 4 months and you use the pen heavily, try changing the battery in the pen.
