Thank you for choosing the Intel Evo-Certified, Lenovo Yoga 9i 14 for your grandson. There is a 30-day trial of Microsoft Office 365 included as part of the Windows 10 operating system. He will want to use the 25 digit Product Activation Code that is on the Microsoft Office Family License you purchased, to activate the Microsoft Office Software Suite installed on this computer. No additional software need be installed or downloaded for Microsoft Office to work. If he already has an active Microsoft Office Account, have him try just signing in with his existing user name and password. He may still need the 25-digit Product Activation Code too.
