• I have this laptop. I have a 100W usb-c charger. It will not charge the laptop at all. No charge whatsoever and I left it plugged in overnight.

• According to the Lenovo support forum yes. To the Lenovo "Tech" the fact that the included charger delivers 135W and PD 100W isn't relevant at all. Even a 10W charger works. But obviously much slower.
