Yes and No. The Yoga 91 has A Thunderbolt connector so any USB C or Thunderbolt dock should work. Unfortunately the laptop charger is 135 Watts and Thunderbolt 3 will only deliver 100 Watts (apparently). So you can keep the laptop running off of the Thunderbolt plug to some degree, but it is not the best solution.
