A:Answer Same as in the modern flagship cell phones, it seems like Lenovo (or Win 11?) has to gather some statistics and adjust the behind the scenes internal system processes for each owner's typical usage case. So, within a few days from your first use of this system the battery will be consumed faster by the system processes, plus will show inaccurate information about reminding charge and time. Mine, for example, was predicting 7h at 100% battery, then being at 70% shown 2h, then at 65% shown 4h and so on while I was using it at the first day. I still managed to get about 6.5h from 100% to 13% charge in one day with non-interrupted run of virtual machine, Android simulator, cmd and a few session of browsing or test 4k videos, plus system customizations and settings. Next day I got 5h from 80% of battery with still not stable prediction of the remaining charge, so I believe Lenovo specs are accurate.
I guess people which complain about poor battery time from out of the box are not actually measure how long battery will spawn, but rather rely on still "in learning" battery use prediction algorithm and freak out seeing that they have only 2.5h at 70% battery then they first use the system.
