“Does the graphics use dithering? I have a friend who says that it does, therefore causes eye strain.”

• Dear Lenovo, I have confirmed with your agents on lenovo.com that this laptop does NOT use dithering. However, it DOES use PWM. PWM causes flickering in the display and can cause eye strain and headaches to those who are sensitive to it. I am one of those people, therefore I returned this laptop. Unfortunately -- because in every other way, this is the perfect laptop.

• Hi, InNYC. Intel integrated graphics does can use dithering and, in most cases, it cannot be disabled. However, the Yoga Slim 7i Aura Edition features an Eyesafe Certified 2.0, TÜV Low Blue Light display for eye safety.

• The IPS display is a 100% DCI-P3 colors panel. It is very unlikely to suffer from dithering.
