• The charger should be included, unless it was marked as FAIR. I bought one myself yesterday, no charger but I had one onhand, 60W type, and it worked fine.

• Hey, Angela. Based off the descriptions of the tiers of conditions for open-box products listed on bestbuy.com, a power adapter should be included in the box.
