I did originally. I have a feeling that when we had a couple of very cold snaps that went through it affected the lock itself from working correctly. I can’t verify this but I was having a horrible time with HomeKit etc. Now after resetting it appears the connection has been more stable. I’ve had only 1 disconnect in 3 weeks from HomeKit. I recently installed the Bluetooth keypad as well. This was a great addition. Good luck !
