“What is the warranty? If lost? My hearing loss is 60-80 db loss will these work for me. Do I get a chance to try them out? My Blu Cross covers them. How would that work?”

Hi LuCee, Lexie hearing aids are best suited to individuals with a mild to moderate hearing loss. You get a 1 year warranty with your hearing aids plus a 60 day trial period through Best Buy. Please refer to Best Buy's return policy for further detail.

Your degree of hearing loss requires prescription hearing aids programmed and verified with Real Ear Measurements by an audiologist. So unfortunately these hearing aids would not work for you. In most cases, self fitting hearing aids are meant for those that have mild hearing loss and do not foresee wanting or needing follow up care for fine tuning or audiological support.
