Hi! I know that for six weeks you have right to return Lexie “ hearing aids” to BEST BUY! It help’s a lot! After that warranty is under LEXIE umbrella! My suggestion is to check this warranty one more time with LEXIE! I hope this is going to help! One more think is important to share with you: THIS HEARING AIDS ARE CAPABLE TO WORK WITHOUT WI FI ( you can manually adjust volume) and with cell phone and with wi fi conection you can do “FINE TUNE”!
