“I have an Samson smart phone. It says they work with Bluetooth. After you set them up on your phone do you have to have your phone with you for them to work. Where I work we are not allowed to have our phones on. Will they work.”

Hi, for the initial setup of your Lexie B2 self-fitting OTC hearing aids powered by Bose, you'll need to use the Lexie App. You can, however, without the use of Bluetooth connectivity, easily adjust the volume and switch between various listening environments/programs by using the buttons located on your hearing aids.
